荔枝乳酪雪條 lychee yogurt popsicles

lionVe媽媽是全職靚太
全職=全職投身職場
但偉大的靚媽從沒因此忽略家庭
每晚會煮愛心晚餐
閒時更會煮特色小吃如壽司、小甜點等等
還記得每逢夏天媽媽最愛自家製紅豆/綠豆雪條給我
現在回想
真覺她是潮媽

我的煮飯仔功力只有媽媽的1/3
但就學會兼顧工作同時照顧家庭的本領
即使工作多忙
還是會花時間給mr lion煮頓晚飯
或是預備一個小甜點
看見他吃得津津有味
感覺很幸福啊。

荔枝乳酪雪條 lychee yogurt popsicles

承上文
用了從娘家拿來的荔枝加原味乳酪
做了兩款透心涼的盛夏甜品
其中一款就是夏天必吃的雪條
這款雪條完全沒有加添糖份
吃時更能嘗到荔枝的清甜啊

荔枝乳酪雪條 lychee yogurt popsicles

材料：(4條雪條份量)
原味乳酪 250g
荔枝 10粒

做法：
1. 荔枝去殼，火龍果切塊，放進攪拌機打成生果泥；
2. 加入乳酪拌勻後，倒入雪條容器，置冰隔一夜後便可享用。

備註：
1. 雪條容器購自Aeon living plaza 盛惠 $12；

雪條容器
2. 從雪條容器取出雪條時，用水喉水沖洗容器1分鐘，便可輕易取出雪條。
