所以lionVe煮飯是盡用家中食材
隨自己喜好和習慣而煮
今次試用了一個非常簡易的方式
煮出一個屬於lionVe口味的茄汁豬扒
老公非常欣賞這個醬汁呢
非常好下飯!

茄汁豬扒

材料:(2-3人份)
急凍豬扒 1榜

【醃料】
生抽 1.5湯匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
紹酒 1湯匙
白胡椒 少許

【汁料】
蒜蓉 1湯匙
罐頭去皮番茄 1罐
茄汁 2湯匙

做法:
1. 豬扒用醃料醃不少於30分鐘;
2. 以小火煎至2面金黃,約8成熟,上碟備用;
3. 爆香蒜蓉,加入罐頭去皮番茄,壓成番茄泥,加入茄汁調味,然後加入豬扒多煮8 -10分鐘至汁收乾呈濃稠狀即可。

備註:
1. 罐頭去皮番茄味道香濃,用來煮茄醬效果比鮮茄出色;
2. 這款是在aeon買的,$12,較平那款可在價真棧買,約$7-8。
