【家常便飯】苦瓜炒蛋

吃得苦中苦 方為人上人 苦瓜雖苦 卻含豐富維他命C 其高抗氧化作用能阻止體內的氧化過程 達到保護細胞甚至血管的作用 既可增強人體抵抗力又能維持心臟健康 其實近年的苦瓜已經不及小時候吃的苦 (可能是變種關係?) 對於我這種喜歡吃苦瓜的人 覺得苦瓜愈苦愈甘甜呢 或許就是這種「先苦後甜」的魔力讓我愛上它吧!
