【家常便飯】馬蹄蒸肉餅

蒸肉餅是一道極之普通的家常便飯 這道菜式在娘家差不多一星期出現至少一次 雖然阿爸自家制手剁肉餅 但口感跟餐廳吃到的還是差一點 到底差什麼呢? 於是 我又試試在家煮手剁肉餅 嘩 功夫多到呢 絕對說不上是家常便飯! 最後要請大力士協助 才能大功告成 肉餅口感非常、非常彈牙! 原來秘訣在於手剁和撻的步驟 缺一不可 手剁肉餅果然係無敵啊!
