這個菜式是從煮食谷得到啟發的 看見谷友煮鹽焗蟹 心思思又學整 今次用了急凍海蝦試試效果 煮法應該與谷友大致相同 只略加上自己的喜歡的調味 便煮成這道菜式 意想不到的是 少少咸更能帶出海鮮的鮮味！
