早前整了一個綠茶紅莓吐司
不知何解
口感不佳
吃剩了數塊
又不想浪費食物
於是發揮小宇宙
想到加點蜜糖再放入焗爐烘烤
便成為一個煲劇小吃「綠茶紅莓脆脆多」
味道小小甜多多脆
令人吃完一口接一口
還未看完一集doctor-x便已吃完了!

綠茶紅莓脆脆多

材料:
綠茶紅莓吐司 2片
蜜糖 適量

做法:
1. 預熱焗爐170度;
2. 麵包切成1cm x 1cm的小塊,加入蜜糖拌勻;
3. 焗盤鋪上錫紙,把(2)的麵包粒平放在焗盤上;
4. 焗15-20分鐘,每隔5分鍾反至另一面,焗至4面金黃及香脆即成。

備註:
1. 烤焗時間或需因應麵包濕度及焗爐火力而作調整,而我家使用的是Panasonic「變頻式」烤焗微波爐;
2. 塗了蜜糖容易上火,烘烤溫度不能太高,而且要每隔5分鍾反至另一面。
