【香甜鮮果醬】藍莓果醬

之前整果醬都是用熬煮方式 味道和色澤易於控制 但礙於太花時間 今次只好用麵包機代勞 出來的效果和味道也很不錯 今次買了營養價值很高的藍莓 不要看它小小的顆粒 藍莓屬於果膠含量比較高的水果 所以煮出來的果醬容易成黏稠狀 加上我足足用了3盒藍莓 每一啖果醬都能吃到果肉 非常足料!
