大阪燒餅 Okonomiyaki

是日家中雪櫃鬧荒
除了雞蛋、蟹柳和椰菜外
就只剩下一大堆麵粉
難道美好的星期天也要吃吐司當午餐?!?!
靈機一觸
想到這幾款材料已經足夠弄一個大阪燒餅

大阪燒餅 Okonomiyaki
材料:
低筋麵粉 180g
蛋 2隻
水 150ml
椰菜 半個
蟹柳 6-7條
鹽 1茶匙

醬料:
日式燒餅汁 適量
蛋黃醬 適量
鰹魚碎 適量
紫菜碎 適量

做法:
1. 椰菜和蟹柳切絲備用;
2. 將雞蛋、鹽和水拌勻,篩入麵粉拌成粉漿;
3. 將椰菜絲、蟹柳絲放入粉漿中拌勻;
4. 放少許油燒熱煎pan,下一湯勺燒餅粉漿,用細火煎至兩面熟透便可上碟;
5. 最後澆上燒餅汁、蛋黃醬、鰹魚碎、紫菜碎即成。
