【家常便飯】黑椒蜜汁雞翼

早前跟男人無聊聊用新買的三文治機
來個二人燒烤樂
這個三文治機除了有飛碟三文治模外
還附送一個窩夫模和griddle
一直很想試用那個griddle來BBQ
但不是太忙就是病了
好不容易才揀到一個好日子來個「在家BBQ」!

BBQ食物包括:
芝士腸
大蝦
帶子
蘆筍
牛仔粒
車厘茄

看似好豐富
但BBQ又點可以少得主角「燒雞翼」
由於這個三文治機火力不夠
所以燒雞翼這部份只好由焗爐代勞

蜜汁黑椒雞翼

蜜汁黑椒雞翼

材料:
Sadia雞翼11隻(400g)
蜜糖 適量

醃料:
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1/2湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
紹酒 1/2湯匙
粟粉 1茶匙
黑胡椒 適量

做法:
1. 雞翼洗淨解凍後,用廚房紙印乾水份,加入醃料醃不少於30分鐘;
2. 預熱焗爐200度,焗盤鋪上錫紙,再在焗盤上放烤架(方便隔油),雞翼鋪平,入焗爐焗20分鐘至金黃後;
3. 取出塗蜜糖,再焗5-10分鐘即成。

這個雞翼絕對是BBQ的必備美食
如果怕燒/焗雞翼太熱氣
可以試試另一食法
有濃濃的黑椒汁味道
非常易下飯!

蜜汁黑椒雞翼

材料:
Sadia雞翼11隻(400g)
洋蔥(切絲) 半個

醃料同上

汁料:
雞翼汁(即醃雞翼餘下的汁) 適量
水 約130-150ml
粟粉 約1.5茶匙

做法:
1. 雞翼洗淨解凍後,用廚房紙印乾水份,加入醃料醃不少於30分鐘;
2. 落少少少少少油預熱煎pan,加入雞翼,先把雞皮(正面)那邊向下煎至金黃,再反至另一面,直至每邊煎至金黃;
3. 此時,可加入洋蔥爆香炒勻,加入汁料煮至收乾變稠(此時可隨意加入蜜糖炒勻)即成。

備註:
1. 用有機或標榜不含激素的雞翼較健康,但還是淺嚐為妙;
2. 使用即磨黑胡椒味道更香,份量隨意,而我是加了勁多黑胡椒的!
