前日開party用剩大半盒whipping cream
靈機一觸
便決定是日午餐試煮carbonara!
按食譜係要放磨菇的
但老公不太喜歡食菇
於是決定加少少黑松露醬調味

香到不得了
材料:忌廉、煙肉、蛋黃、洋蔥、少許黑松露醬、少許巴馬臣芝士

(p.s 材料份量隨意,不過意粉預多左, 唯有留待明天吧)

今日午餐
要清理昨天剩餘的意粉
既然昨天煮了白汁
今天煮茄汁吧
打開雪櫃看看有甚麼材料
Hmmmm……只有番茄一隻、薯仔一袋、腸仔、蛋
就地選材吧
材料: 乾蔥、番茄、腸仔、意粉醬、少許黑林椒、少許香草
Done!
快靚正呀!
