北海道粟米忌廉湯

北海道粟米忌廉湯 Hokkaido Sweet Corn Soup

7月去北海道時買了兩支傳說中很好吃的包裝粟米
但我爸媽翻熱來吃覺得新鮮粟米較好吃
所以那兩支包裝粟米一直放在雪櫃
直至昨天一看
發現差不多到期了
加上一罐差不多到期的忌廉和放了3星期有多的男爵薯仔
綜合所有放了很久又差不多到期的食物 (陰公!成日買了唔得閒煮啊!)
弄了一道香濃美味的粟米忌廉湯!

北海道粟米忌廉湯 Hokkaido Sweet Corn Soup
材料:
粟米(切粒) 2條(約350g)
男爵薯仔(切粒) 2個
洋蔥(切粒) 1/4個
麵粉 1.5湯匙
奶 500ml
淡忌廉 2-3湯匙
鹽和黑椒 適量

做法:
1. 用少許橄欖油爆香洋蔥至透明,加入薯粒炒1-2分鐘,再加入粟米粒炒勻,熄火;
2. 熄火後,加入麵粉炒勻,至完全看不到白色的麵粉後,再開火,加入鮮奶煮滾後,再煮多1-2分鐘便可熄火。
3. 把(2)的材料分數次倒入攪拌機拌勻,拌勻後應會較稠;
4. 把(3)的湯料放入煲,煮滾後加忌廉即完成。

備註:
1. 薯仔含澱粉質,要不斷翻炒,避免黏底;
2. 忌廉份量可視乎個人口味而加減;
3. 製成品較有口感,不喜歡連渣的,可於攪拌後過隔渣;
4. 可以用這款粟米湯來製麵包,麵包充滿濃濃的粟米湯味。
