其實這間小店收費也頗貴
海鮮除了按時價計算外
也要另收加工費
對比洪記或通記自家店海鮮免加工
感覺更食水

黃金豆腐 – 外脆內滑
油鹽水浸花甲 – 沒什麼特別
椒鹽鮑色 – 煮法很特別，惹味但又不失鮮味
咸菜炆豬腩肉 – 家鄉菜，非常惹味，餸飯一流
欖角蜜糖骨 – 最喜歡這個，少少甜加埋欖菜香味，正
招牌豉油皇炒麵 – 炒得非常乾身，好味
炒通菜
7個招牌菜味道確實很不錯
以味道來說確比通記和洪記的好
但以食海鮮為目的
它不化算
如果吃厭了通記、洪記
可以一試「六福菜館」呀！
