【日式風味】和風香煎銀鱈魚

和風香煎銀鱈魚
就是喜歡銀鱈魚的嫩滑肉質
不輪中式/日式/西式煮法我都喜歡
近日特別懷念日本的燒銀鱈魚
所以特意煮一客日式香煎銀鱈魚
用上日式調味料醃製
吃時加點丘比沙律醬
風味大增!
在家煮絕不比日式餐廳差啊
而且價錢很化算!

和風香煎銀鱈魚

材料:
銀鱈魚 300g (3塊)
日本醬油 1.5湯匙
味醂 1湯匙
料理酒 1湯匙
白胡椒 少許
粟粉 2茶匙
丘比沙律醬 適量

做法:
1. 銀鱈魚解凍洗淨後,瀝乾水份,用醃料醃不少於15分鐘;
2. 以小火煎至2面金黃;
3. 吃時配上丘比沙律醬。
