就是喜歡銀鱈魚的嫩滑肉質
不輪中式/日式/西式煮法我都喜歡
近日特別懷念日本的燒銀鱈魚
所以特意煮一客日式香煎銀鱈魚
用上日式調味料醃製
吃時加點丘比沙律醬
風味大增！
在家煮絕不比日式餐廳差啊
而且價錢很化算！
材料：
銀鱈魚 300g (3塊)
日本醬油 1.5湯匙
味醂 1湯匙
料理酒 1湯匙
白胡椒 少許
粟粉 2茶匙
丘比沙律醬 適量
做法：
1. 銀鱈魚解凍洗淨後，瀝乾水份，用醃料醃不少於15分鐘；
2. 以小火煎至2面金黃；
3. 吃時配上丘比沙律醬。
