早前asia miles推出了7折換領機票計劃
思前想後決定換機票去北海道
一上國泰網站Asia miles換領個page check 機位
灰了！！
等到11月中才有機位
11月前全部waiting list
再check下大阪也full了
心想： D人唔係大半年前換定張機票咁變態呀
最後
東京也不放過
但機位所剩無幾
航班時間全部係＂豬頭骨＂
都好啦
正常30000里換一張日本機票
7折換領只需21000
二人同行省了18000里

是次計劃的兌換過程有別於正常換領
首先上Asia miles網填form request
7個工作日內會有專人致電給你確認
換言之
能否成功換取只靠運氣
幸好
過兩天已收到專人電話
跟我確認相關機位和航班時間
航班時間真係衰到不得了
所以當時我只hold了機位
如要confirm便要2日內致電asia miles
心想：幾好喎，可以先hold機位
然而，惡夢從此開始了！

hold了機位後再致電查詢回程可否轉另一航班
但電話一直無人接聽
只好開著speaker一邊煮飯一邊等
等了又等 45mins後仍然無人接聽
晚飯都煮好了
最後只好放棄

第二天
打算一次過打去查詢兼confirm
第一次等了30mins便放棄
待6:00 office hour後再次致電
今次等了40mins終於有人聽了
太感動
成功booked豬頭骨航班 – 午機去，早機返！

是次故事教訓我地
asia miles易儲難換！！！
