每次去食泰國菜
也喜歡叫”泰式生菜肉碎包”
但有一次被我看見那條菜有蟲蟲後
便極度害怕在外吃這個菜
早幾個月前去了九龍城閒逛
打算買些材料回家自制生菜包
入到雜貨店內問姐姐:「請問最簡單的方法煮生菜肉碎包應該要買咩呀?」
姐姐二話不說拿了一包調味料、一粒青檸和一枝魚露給我
雖然看似很方便
但由於時間方面
青檸變了檸乾也一直未有機會試煮
最後
個多月前才有機會一嘗homemade的泰式生菜肉碎包

泰式生菜肉碎包 Spicy Minced Meat with Lettuce

泰式生菜肉碎包 Spicy Minced Meat with Lettuce

材料:(2-3人份量)
免治豬肉 250g
唐生菜 半斤
紅蔥頭 3-4粒
青豆 隨意
專用調味粉 2湯匙
魚露 少許
青檸 1粒

做法:
1. 把免治豬肉洗淨,瀝乾水備用;紅蔥頭切碎;
2. 把唐生菜逐塊菜葉沖淨,再用鹽水浸洗2-3次,瀝乾水備用;
3. 燒熱油鑊,爆香蔥頭,加入免治豬肉和青豆,豬肉炒至轉色後,加入調味粉拌勻,然後邊試味邊加入少許魚露調味,完成。

備註:
1. 這個是懶鬼食譜,如要正宗煮法,便需另行購買多款香料;
2. 調味粉非常辣,建議邊加邊試味,可以的話,加少許九層塔會更惹味;
3. 家中沒有碎肉機,又怕免治豬肉不乾淨,所以都會盡力把買回來的免治豬肉沖洗乾淨的。
