蛋白燉奶
每次去太子飲茶經過「義順」
老公都會呻「好耐無食過啦」
但因為要趕住去飲茶
飲完茶又太飽
次次都同「義順」緣慳一面
適逢星期六心情靚靚
所以決定自家制蛋白燉奶
圓了老公的心願!

蛋白燉奶

材料: (2人份量)
蛋白 2隻
牛奶 300ml
砂糖 1.5湯匙

做法:
1. 雞蛋只取蛋白,打勻備用;
2. 牛奶與糖拌勻;
3. 牛奶分數次倒入蛋白裡拌勻;
4. 把步驟(3)的混合物用網篩倒進碗內;
5. 蓋上錫紙,水滾後以中火蒸10 – 12分鐘。

備註:
1. 砂糖可隨意增減,或用煉奶代替,味道更香濃;
2. 蓋錫紙比保鮮紙好,可防止保鮮紙塌下。
