【秋涼滋潤甜品】無花果冰糖燉雪耳

說到甜品
著實不太雀躍
但這幾天秋意漸濃
天氣乾燥
人也dry爆了
不得不sweet一sweet
滋潤滋潤!

秋冬甜品
最喜歡是木瓜冰糖燉雪耳
滋潤養顏
但家中沒有木瓜
只好選用近日當紅的無花果 (早前去果欄買了一箱16個土耳其無花果)
配以平民燕窩
弄了這款秋涼滋潤甜品!

秋涼滋潤甜品:無花果冰糖燉雪耳
材料: (2人份)
無花果 2個
冰糖 130g
水 1000ml
雪耳 適量

做法:
1. 無花果洗淨備用;
2. 雪耳用暖水浸泡約半小時至發大,剪去雪耳芯 (硬的部份)後,沖洗乾淨;
3. 把所有材料放入燉盅內,蓋上蓋;把燉盅放進已注水的煲內;
4. 以大火煲滾水後改以小火燉約35-40分鐘即成。

備註:
1. 嗜甜者可增加冰糖份量至150-180g;
2. 先放一條毛巾於煲內,再放燉盅可避免水滾時燉盅發出聲響。
