【秋冬滋潤糖水】椰皇燉雪梨

椰皇燉雪梨

曾經在港島區某一糖水店吃過這款糖水
原隻椰皇上枱
感覺很「原汁原味」
味道清甜
價錢約$30一客
絕不便宜

那天在超級市場看到有椰皇賣
便想起我曾吃過這樣的糖水
決定來個自家複製
既便宜又簡單!

椰皇燉雪梨

材料:(2人份)
椰皇 2個 ($9 each)
雪梨 2/3個 ($6隻)
湯圓 6粒 ($9.8 2 packs)
圓肉 數粒

做法:
1. 用刀下角 (近刀柄那個角)劈開椰皇,取出椰汁;
2. 小煲加水煮滾,水滾放下湯圓煮至浮起,再滾1-2分鐘熄火備用;
3. 用另一個煲加水煮滾,把已切塊的雪梨和圓肉加入載椰汁的碗內,蓋上錫紙,隔水蒸燉20-25分鐘;
4. 加入(2)已預備的湯圓即成。

備註:
1. 想更原汁原味,可以嘗試原個椰皇燉,但開椰皇蓋需要力量和技巧 (我唔得架),有能者不妨試試;
2. 椰皇涼性,加入圓肉可平性一點;
3. 這個甜品自家製只不過每客花費$13,很化算呢!
