去街市、去jusco、去wellcome、去taste先買齊晒食物和所需物品
全部自家制食物 (忙到無影相)

– 魚蛋串燒
晚上醃好一盤叉燒和雞翼
到今朝重頭戲 – 「斬」羊架
今次我地學「肥媽」咁買了一整件急凍羊架返黎
以為好易整
點知被騙了
又斬又切又剪
最後先似返件羊架
真係xyz
以後買返冰鮮好過！
不過「肥媽」個食譜好得
個個大讚羊架好好味！
除了肉食外
仲有燒扇貝

燒鮑魚
全部即場調味
