北海道粟米包

整是日下午茶!
物盡其用
一於用黎整粟米包
整出來的麵包有淡淡的粟米湯味
整間屋也充斥著麵包香呢!

北海道粟米包
材料:(1磅麵包)
高筋麵粉 200g
低筋麵粉 50g
自家製粟米湯 100g
水 90ml
牛油 15g
鹽 1小匙
糖 1大匙
即溶酵母 1小匙

做法:
1.即溶酵母放酵母格,餘下材料放入容器內,選擇「軟式吐司mode」。

備註:
1. 由於我的粟米湯較稠身和含有澱粉質,所以計算總水量(100g+90ml)是跟P記書,以免水份太少,麵糰不出筋;
2. 加入低筋粉可使麵包更鬆軟。
