已經急不及待開箱試玩
其實今次主要去觀光
出發前亦無特別從amazon order什麼 (除了替朋友買的物品)
但不知何解逛下東逛下西卻買了一堆廚房用品
其中一樣就是逛yodobashi時
去家庭電器部逛逛發現了這個東東

先看看價錢1120yen
好似有點貴
但內含6件小東西
嗯 ~ 感覺化算一點
本著唔買返HK會後悔的想法
看見喜歡又affordable的便要買、買、買!

今天早餐便用家中僅有的食材
試用這個花花杯弄個sunday brunch
做法非常簡單
而且製成品非常賞心悅目呢!

煙三文魚碎蛋花花杯

麵包
前一晚把材料放入麵包機
軟包模式
今天便有香噴噴軟包新鮮出爐

餡料 (6個花花杯的份量)
雞蛋 2隻
煙三文魚 2片
蛋黃醬 適量
鹽 少許

做法:
1. 雞蛋凍水落,水滾後多煮8分鐘熄火,放進凍水冷卻後,脫殼;
2. 把雞蛋切成小粒 (我是連蛋黃的,不喜歡可只用蛋白),加入蛋黃醬和少許鹽拌勻即可;
3. 煙三文魚切碎備用。

花花杯做法:
1. 預熱焗爐200度;
2. 麵包切片,用花花模切造型,焗杯塗上少許油,把麵包造型片放入焗杯並輕壓,讓麵包完全緊貼焗杯;
3. 焗5分鐘至微微香脆 (喜歡金黃脆卜卜的可以多焗2-3分鐘);
4. 取出麵包花花杯,加入餡料即成 (或可於(2)時同時加入餡料烘焗,我喜歡這個方法同時加熱餡料,但取出時要小心)。

備註:
1. 烤焗時間需視乎焗爐款式,一般焗5分鐘;而我家使用的是Panasonic「變頻式」烤焗微波爐 ,由於並非傳統焗爐的上下發熱線,火力均勻較,但相對夠不集中,故一般烤焗時間需要更長;
2. 多出的麵包邊不要浪費,可以整這個麵包布丁
