芝士燒鮭魚蟹柳吐司/芝士蟹柳紫菜吐司
早前入了一個煮食谷
看見一些谷友煮的菜色如餐廳般
睇得又食得,單單一個早餐都有N種配料
羨慕之餘,又不明白何解家中會有那麼多食材
lionVe是一個工作佔了人生2/3時間的人妻
但又愛煮食
可惜家中真係永遠缺糧
(P.S 基本急凍食材(腸仔、魚蛋、帶子等等) 是有的,但沒有新鮮食材呢)
每逢假日睡醒第一件事就是要用僅有的食材變出得體的美食給mr lion

送上今天的簡易早餐,一個食譜2款吐司:芝士燒鮭魚蟹柳吐司+芝士蟹柳紫菜吐司
燒鮭魚鬆真係好百搭,拌飯、拌粥、整麵包料理都得
意想不到的是今天早餐的配搭是出奇地好味
大家不妨一試!
芝士燒鮭魚蟹柳吐司/芝士蟹柳紫菜吐司

材料:(2人份)
自製麥包 4片
蟹柳 8條
明太子燒鮭魚鬆 3湯匙
紫菜絲 適量
巴馬臣芝士碎(Parmesan cheese) 適量
馬蘇里拉芝士碎(Mozzarella cheese) 適量

芝士燒鮭魚蟹柳吐司做法:
1. 預熱焗爐200℃;先把一半蟹柳撕成絲,加上鮭魚鬆拌勻,平均鋪在2片麥包上,最後灑上芝士;
2. 200℃焗8-10分鐘至芝士金黃即可。

芝士蟹柳紫菜吐司做法:
1. 預熱焗爐200℃;把餘下一半蟹柳撕成絲,加上紫菜絲拌勻,平均鋪在2片麥包上,最後灑上芝士;
2. 200℃焗8-10分鐘至芝士金黃即可。

備註:
1. 由於lionVe使用的明太子燒鮭魚鬆已有調味,所以這個食譜沒有加其他調味已經非常足夠;
2. 明太子燒鮭魚鬆在日式超市有售,而lionVe用的那款是從日本買回來的;
