【簡單煮意】豉油皇炒麵

䜴油皇炒麵

食粥必配美食除油炸鬼外
還有䜴油皇炒麵
說實話
在家煮䜴油皇炒麵
沒有餐廳的「鑊氣」
但勝在少一點油膩感
少幾條我最討厭的韭菜 / 韭黃
簡易炒出自己喜歡的口味
配襯粥品
又是一頓簡易的住家飯!

䜴油皇炒麵

材料: (2-3人份)
炒麵餅 2個
蔥 (切段) 3棵 (因為不吃韭黃,所以增加了蔥的份量)

䜴油皇汁料:
老抽 1湯匙
生抽 2湯匙
糖 2茶匙
麻油 少許

做法:
1. 麵餅放入滾水中煮一分鐘,然後撈起沖凍水,瀝乾備用;
2. 用少許油先爆香洋蔥和蔥段白色部份),然後再加入餘下的蔥段炒香;多加一點油,放入麵條均勻地炒熱;
3. 逐少拌入䜴油皇汁料,同時用筷子炒勻,使麵均勻上色,灑上芝麻即可享用。

備註:
1. 加入洋蔥味道更佳啊,不過我唔記得買,哈哈,是但啦,自家分享無所謂;
2. 不怕吃韭黃的朋友,可多加以增加風味啊。
