【日式風味】和風香煎銀鱈魚
就是喜歡銀鱈魚的嫩滑肉質 不輪中式/日式/西式煮法我都喜歡 近日特別懷念日本的燒銀鱈魚 所以特意煮一客日式香煎銀鱈魚 用上日式調味料醃製 吃時加點丘比沙律醬 風味大增！ 在家煮絕不比日式餐廳差啊 而且價錢很化算！
