曾經在港島區某一糖水店吃過這款糖水 原隻椰皇上枱 感覺很「原汁原味」 味道清甜 價錢約$30一客 絕不便宜 那天在超級市場看到有椰皇賣 便想起我曾吃過這樣的糖水 決定來個自家複製 既便宜又簡單!

說到甜品 著實不太雀躍 但這幾天秋意漸濃 天氣乾燥 人也dry爆了 不得不sweet一sweet 滋潤滋潤! 秋冬甜品 最喜歡是木瓜冰糖燉雪耳 滋潤養顏 但家中沒有木瓜 只好選用近日當紅的無花果 (早前去果欄買了一箱16個土耳其無花果) 配以平民燕窩 弄了這款秋涼滋潤甜品!
